Choose Your Payment Type:
There are two payment options: Cash Sale OR Owner Financed Monthly Payments.

Owner Financed Monthly Payments properties are paid every 30 days for the specified term or until paid in full. Here are next steps:

Step 1: Reserve the property by credit or debit card, see link on the property detail page or if you are more comfortable securing this property over the phone we can call you.

Step 2: Once reserved, we will provide a sales agreement, promissory note and land contract. These are legal documents that specify the property you are purchasing, the terms of the agreement, your promise to pay the agreed on monthly amount and our guarantee to convey the property to you via warranty deed free and clear once full payment for the property is received. These documents can be reviewed and signed/completed electronically. Your first payment will be collected automatically in 30 days from your deposit and monthly thereafter via the payment method you provide in the paperwork. There is no credit check and no pre-payment penalty. We will also record your new warranty deed with the County when payments are complete.

You will receive a secure login to your account online where you can review the progress of your loan 24/7, make additional payments and print receipts. This helps us provide the best customer service we can by allowing you access the details of your loan at your convenience. Of course you can always call, text or email us anytime.

Step 3: Once payments are complete or full payment is received and cleared we will generate a new Warranty Deed, deeding the land from Freedom Land Group to you. We then send the notarized Warranty Deed to the County Clerk for recording. The clerk will record it in the official public record and mail you the original recorded deed for your files. That’s it – You own it!

***Please note: we require the property to be paid off and deeded to you before you make any improvements (build) or live on the land. There is NO prepayment penalty so you can pay it off as early as you like. We try to avoid (learning from experience) is someone potentially making improvements (not saying you), then defaulting on our agreement while continuing to build and live on the property. Speaking from experience it can get very messy. I hope you understand.

Cash sale properties are paid with one single payment after the down payment and document processing fee is received.

Step 2: Once reserved we will email you a purchase agreement for your review and electronic signature. We ask that the balance is submitted within one week and you can submit the balance by wire or bank check.

Step 3: Once full payment is received and cleared we will generate a new Warranty Deed, deeding the land from Freedom Land Group to you. We then send the notarized Warranty Deed to the County Clerk for recording. The clerk will record it in the official public record and mail you the original recorded deed for your files. That’s it – You own it!
